I have never felt as comfortable in a class as I did in sherry’s class. She was absolutely amazing. She explained everything really well and gave alternatives for the newbies like me. I will 100% be back

Online and very enthusiastic instruction
There are lots of classes available at different days and times to suit a flexible schedule. It’s always possible to find a suitable class, even when life gets busy! There is a great variation of classes as well - I practice mainly reformer, but also for that there are different styles and levels available, so I can always choose if I prefer a more relaxed or a dynamic class each time. I attend the Castleknock school and all the teachers are of the highest standard! Also the environment is so positive and inclusive, everyone is always friendly! Highly recommended school!
The yoga teachers in Yogahub Castleknock are wonderful. They are all committed yogis and bring wonderful calming energy to the classes. I always feels better after going to yoga there.
