First time at a yoga class in many years and the instructor, Gracie, was excellent, my friend and I really enjoyed the session. Gracie also took time before and after the class to answer any questions we had and to inform us of the useful App. Would highly recommend her class.

All instructors I have had have been very patient and informative
They're on late so I can make it after work. There are good teachers I follow and the people at the front desk are especially lovely... that's shockingly important and I'm delighted with the atmosphere they create.

Really great class, would love for them to be a regular thing and maybe be able to buy a bundle of classes rather than have to keep an eye out on the app for when the next one is?

Elaine was a phenomenal teacher ! It was my first yoga class in a long time and she was incredible at guiding us through the techniques in a simple mindful manner. I will absolutely be back ! :)
