Both of the classes I attended were good but geared to more beginner-type students. I would like to see more advanced classes and classes that featured a variety of asanas. Thanks for your concern and enthusiasm.
Perhaps the session was just not meant for me. But it was okay overall.

The people - both at the reception and -the majority of - the teachers. Unlike your corporate competitors, I feel as if the teachers watch over us and keep us safe.
A shout out to Clay at reception, Tianne, Janet, Ashley and Jolene as teachers.
Note that should you decide to update the interior of the studio - the ceiling for example - I would be happy to contribute some time towards the effort (we had a pizza party to paint my last studio).

Very easy check-in process. Good timing of classes for switch over. The room has nice natural light.
The mats are a little close together but that's understandable based on demand I suppose.
Friendly
Absolutely love all of the teachers and the diversity of their classes. One possible area of improvement could be the smell of the room and the mats.

I love that you have a huge offering of classes, but still feel like a 'small' family studio rather than feeling cold and corporate.
Quality of the instructors with a variety of intensity levels and class styles, I love having the choice between instructors based on what I feel I need that day. Lots of vinyasa class options in the schedule. Simple, functional studios with a great vibe.
Friendly staff, excellent teachers, great equipment.
Love the teachers and that they stay true to their own style. Also LOVE LOVE that you aren't required to "sign-up" for classes in advance and that all are welcome to drop-in...no matter how cozy it can get :)
Regular price is very expensive. Not affordable for many people

Variety of times and styles available - something to choose from every day, plus great variety of instructors.
I like that there are a couple studios and several instructors so it seems easy to find a good fit for you personally.
Friendly and helpful staff, good teachers. Love that we can open the windows at Sun during class. Wish we could do that at City and KB!

Your staff is on a different level to the other studios I've visited on my trip. Heather on reception was delightful to speak to and a huge help. I will most definitely be back and look forward to signing up soon. :-)
