As soon as I step into Semperviva I feel the love! It smells good with the diffuser, the staff are friendly and the tea is always so beautiful! I see all the thought that goes into making the space warm and welcoming and I love going there. You’ve all gone above and beyond to make it a special place!
LIghting and ventilation
Though the shoulders workshop was amazing, it was pretty unorganized upon walking in. I was also surprised by the room full of mats. I assume they were clean, but it was off putting. I was excited to experience your cork floor, but this was quickly deflated thinking about someone else on the mat. Yes, I could have moved the mat, but that is even more disturbing to others.
Misha is a super star and I learned a lot, but I won’t be back to that location.
It was very packed. I wish for a bit more space, but I guess that it what it is. Lisa D.is an amazing instructor, so her classes are very busy.
Teachers take far too much time talking about their personal life at start/end classes. Paying for stretch, not dialogue.

The sea studio was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Definitely my favourite studio. The atmosphere of granville island, and the location of the studio is especially energizing. The people working there were cheerfu, friendly, and welcoming. Brava, I will be coming more often to this studio.

I love Semperviva! I love that there are mats at the studio to use so I don't have to lug mine around the city! The atmosphere is great and the teachers are awesome!
