Service was rapid and great.
I like to do business face to face -- I live in Brantley County and have traveled to take care of business with Brantley Gas in the Waycross Office, only to find it is closed, even though the office hours are displayed at the door -- so I have learned to call before going. The office manager is always friendly and professional -- and busy helping customers. The thing I miss most, is the option to having a monthly fee set up so I didn't have to worry about paying a $300.00 (approximate) at one time.

Like the products. Only draw back, is I wish Brantley would notify my residence before they come out. The driver showed up unexpected with out notice.

Delivery availability is prompt when requested. I only request delivery once, it has been refilled since without a service call. Very adequate billing, and customer service had been excellent in every occasion.
