I have been a customer for many years. I always get help when I need it. Some of the drivers have been delivering propane for years as well and have been kind and accommodating. Someone always answers the phone. The website is comprehensive and easy to use.
services are good but billing could be improved, I am on a budget plan and it great.I paid for a leased propane tank and am still getting bills and I have a credit on my account

Good to answer the phones and sent a truck out within just 2 days -
I did like getting a paper bill though. My tank was supposed to be filled - which means 80%, but the dial only had 75% after the truck left. I didn't get the paper bill on the door like I usually do so I called. But they said they no longer leave them and the website just showed the total cost, not the percentage amount. They said they send out paper bills now, but it's been 10 days and I haven't gotten one yet. I pay online so may not get a paper bill? Don't know -
But I like the company and have always received good service from them.
