Our account for our new home was deleted somehow. The associate who helped me locally stayed on the phone with me until it was all resolved. She was so kind and apologetic for the trouble. I had her name down, but misplaced it.
The technician and the office staff were so kind to work with! We had multiple leaks from a previous company installing wrong and they were able to fix the leaks and get our gas back on! I feel they went above and beyond!
Every guy who came to check, inspect, & fill tank were so friendly. Good old boys, every one!
