As i was absent during the delivery and unable to return calls, the company received a phone call explaining that the driver was unsure of where to place the bin. I had been informed upon my return that there was messages and immediately checked the location where the bin was to be delivered. After hearing how the driver was unsure of where to place it, i checked and it was in the exact location as requested. The driver made due with what information was given and placed it correctly without causing disruption to the neighboring businesses.
