THE BIN drivers and the receptionist are phenomenal I own a roofing company and I’ve dealt with quite a few different Bin companies in different jurisdictions but I’ll tell you one thing when I’m working in Hamilton regional disposal is definitely the choice you need to make! They have custom made bin holders for the bottom of the bins and trust me they help when there’s a difficult homeowner with a new driveway so you don’t gotta worry about the heat sinking it into the driveway, with good prices and always on time for my company Budget Bin is my choice!

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the billing emails. I think there was 4-6 emails for bills/receipts for the one bin rental. Would have preferred one email regarding confirmation that the bin order is complete, and the inital payment has been processed. Then a final email after the bin was picked up showing the order cost, initial payment, additional costs (extra days or weight) and the additional payments taken. Even if the final bill is one attachment and final receipt is another attachment in the same email would be better.
