It was very easy to rent the bin, the website had all of the information so you knew exactly what you could to put in the bin, the sizes available and how much it would cost. We called in and the associate was very helpful scheduling the drop off. The driver was very friendly and took great care in delivering the bin and protecting our driveway. Scheduling the pick up was as easy as making a phone call however we finished with our bin the same day and were told that we would be put on the pick up schedule for pick up later that day, however nobody came until 3 days later but not a big issue for us as it gave us time to see if there was anything we needed to get rid of.

I loved the friendly customer service who answered my multiple questions!! I wanted the bin as fast as possible, and it was delivered within a hour!! I ordered the bin with the lid, I could walk right in to move things as far back as possible, to take full advantage of space!! Plus it was a bonus when it rained!! I would only ever rent a budget bin.. they were upfront on costs, so there would be no shock. But what was quoted is what I paid! Best prices from my research! My brother rented the same bin, and my neighbour contractor is switching as well! Very happy!
