Driving ability drop off and pick up in a tight location, on a busy street … and pick up during rush hour! His attention to detail and attentiveness … he could teach the best how things are done right!

You are not the district with their stupidity.
The floor is cleaned. And therefore less likely to get nails in the tires.
However requiring hard hats seem to be a bit much but a small price to pay to not have to deal with the district.

Bin opened easily, only a few small holes in the floor of the bin. Driver was awesome! Dropped bin exactly where i requested at time of renting online.
