Great gym and you have a kick boxing bag which is wonderful. You offer seniors a chance to come together with their Friday lunches; young mothers a chance to meet others while their children play together; opportunities for people with disabilities to play sports, meet and have fun. You are a huge asset to the community and surrounding area. I come from Alvinston to use your gym!
The staff are great. There is a wide range of equipment available. The cost is reasonable. What is there not to like?

The swimming classes at the YMCA for parents and babies are honestly the best! What I love the most is how intentional and playful the activities are. Everything is designed to strengthen the bond between you and your baby while having so much fun in the water.
We sing, we move, we laugh—and you can really feel how much the babies enjoy it. It’s not just swimming; it’s connection, trust, and joy all in one.

Love to go the workout room. I do my own workout with all the machines and weights.
