What do you like about our programs and activities?

I only do Aquafit but the team at front desk are always extremely helpful Milt, Connor and Easmina are the ones I normally deal with.

The Aquafit instructors are all great as well and I go sometimes 4-5 times a week and enjoy the variety in how the instructors all do different things especially if you go regularly. Before the Aquafit I do lane swimming. Pool is always clean as are the locker rooms( I go to ladies one only).

I love the location literally only less than 6 minutes from my home and location is very clean and enjoyable.

Great programs and love the treehouse for my children. Could you please add more chairs. It’s packed on a weekday night and so many people are standing. Thanks.

Instructors the best, I refer Group Power it was why I joined. I formerly belonged to Goodlife for Body Pump same as Y's Power.

Personally morning Power classon Wednesdays would work nicely for my plan to do that class every 2nd day no weekends becI .don't work. Leave Sat classes for employed.

The Stoney Creek facility is very clean and the employees we've talked with are helpful and polite.
It is good value for the dollar....we love it.

Enjoy the group classes. Everyone is friendly, helpful and respectful. The building is clean and bright.

Many programs are offered for seniors, as well as aqafit daily. My volunteering allows me to participate in all the programs I enjoy.

Hello Y!

I have not yet enrolled in any specific programs. I am using the pool for now, because:

I would really like to have a chair yoga class, please. Also, a little more available hours in the pool for length swimming, please. As well, trainers for seniors who suffer from arthritis.

I enjoy that I can walk to the Y and the hours that the Y are open are great. The building is clean and people social distance.

Well managed/coordinated at the front desk. Staff seems able to answer questions and guide clients while remaining cheery and personable. It reflects a good working environment.
