Swimming lessons, gym activities and drop in sessions for kids at the gym which is a great experience for kids while I join my group classes .
I really love to exercise using treadmills, walking, running on the track. And I usually go to group centergy, group power and yoga meditation classes. Overall I love going to the gym and the atmosphere there is very friendly.

However, the Group Groove Saturday class is now so popular we need a larger room. Please please please provide.
