I love how there is a variety of different dry and water programs available for my children. I also enjoy using the gym facilities
The swimming lessons provided are really good. Proper time is spent with each swimmer, no one is left out. My daughter has improved her swimming by great lengths since joining YMCA swimming programs.

Everything. Especially swimming cotches are very kind and good at motivating my kids. Now my youngest daughter, 4 years old, hasn't been afraid of deep water, and the others are enjoying swimming. Thank you. Oh, I hope you will care about water temperature, it's too hot to take a shower.
The Gym is very clean and well equipped with Machines for work out!!
The programs offered for youth to teen is incredible. I am very pleased with the aquatic training programs offered.

Excellent services
My children (10 & 7) have been coming to the Y since they were both 6 months old. Both my boys love participating and learning new skills in swimming lessons. We have participated in family swims and enjoy an afternoon at the Y. My kids enjoy active gym play and also soccer. My oldest son had completed the Home Alone course offered at Stoney Creek Y. My 10 year old son has joined me on weekends to workout upstairs. Being active at the Y has enabled my family to stay active and enjoy time as a family.
