I like the variety of group fitness classes. It would be nice if the group fitness classes started at 6pm - travelling across the city for a 5:30pm class is impossible and Stoney Creek has the most options. Having more options at StarTech would be nice.

I only attend aquatics, but I’m very pleased with the instructors.
Water aerobics. Only complaint some leaders do too much dancing and jumping. Especially for seniors the latter is not good for sore knees. Prefer the more structured aerobics leaders.
We love coming to the Y to use the play space for our toddler. He runs around and gets to explore the padded blocks, slides, games, cars, and kitchen. We love watching the big kids do things that challenge my son, and most kids are really good at being careful around him.
That I can bring a swim pass without being a Y Member.
Although I do not participate, in the programs , I am a volunteer and see first hand how the members, really love them, it show by the line ups at registrations. And I often interact with the members and ask them how they are loving it, and they really are. Nothing but great comments about Stoney Creek location.
Activities are well planned and conducted by the leaders.

I currently use the upstairs gym, it is always clean, staff are friendly and there is enough equipment and space that even when its busy I can get a good workout in
Activities like swimming, gym basically everything there is just perfect for us as a family
Swim lessons are so convenient for families. The steam room is a nice benefit to the membership and I love the variety of classes and the great instructors!
My children always love going to YMCA for swimming class. you offer excellent facility for family and kind coach.
