While the strength training equipment is generally good, some bench adjusters, upholstery, etc., could do with some maintenance. Staff is helpful in introducing equipment, but specific exercises such as seated rows (non-erg) or lat pulldowns seem more complicated than necessary.
It not to crowded and people take good care of facility

Very friendly. Very clean. The instructors Mary and Karen really explained the exercises. I belong to the Sarnia ymca bit camp near Forest. Great to have the ability to utilize my membership at multiple locations.
I joined the Y in October and I have been so pleased with the programs they offer . Carrie and Mary have been so encouraging and positive I can’t say enough about both these ladies .

It's not over crowded. The staff are more than helpful. The hours of operation are perfect.
Great variety of classes. It’s nice to offer them during the day as evenings are busy with family.

I only play pickleball as weights are nit good for my knees
Flexibility and variety.
The new manager "Carrie" and full time employee Karen, are doing an incredible job running this facility. The gym is always spotless and whenever a machine breaks down it is fixed usually by the next day.
They are an impressive team and really have created an enjoyable atmosphere for all members.
Would like to have pickle ball every day, at least in the fall-winer-spring seasons

Enjoy the gym in the early morning ! The gym is clean and well equipped for my needs .

We really enjoy playing pickleball in the gym.
I just use the gym but it's always clean and friendly. It's not a busy gym but I like that also.
