I tried the sign in before you arrive opportunity and I was able to be served upon arrival. No waiting, just fast service. I travel 30 minutes to get to the store, so fast service is really great. I do love the service here and have had numerous different stylists and they have all been good. This is a great place for a haircut.

Being able to "stand in line" is a game changer for my schedule. I log on while I'm at work and keep an eye on it throughout the day and sometimes I can just walk right in. The longest I've waited whenever I virtually stand in line is about 10 minutes. Which is great when there's 8 people in front of me.
Friendly, fast but good job. Online appointments are a big plus.
