I like how the employees are very nice
I like that they keep a record of how you want your hair cut so who ever your stylist is you don't have to tell them over and over how you want it cut. Also they keep enough staff working to prevent long waits.

4 Carrie U always gives a great haircut. The only thing that I would recommend is to have some complimentary bottles of water while you wait to get a haircut.
