Customer service is great. Attention to detail and verification of cut notes is appreciated. Just very impressed with my hair stylist. Changed stores from Spokane to Hayden and was nervous about seeing if their stylists were as good as what I was used to. The first person I had gave me the best experience I had ever had at sports clips. I took her card and have been a client of hers ever since. Thanks Sports clips and Mikayla in Hayden Idaho!

consistenecy of staff. The app to check in ahead of time, although it has gremlins 30-40% of the time. More coupons please. We'd get more haircuts if they weren't almost $30 with tip.

I've been coming here for year and have tried many stylist. Most have been fantastic. Kelly, Annie Bridget are some of the best I've had. Recently I've had Brianna cut my hair. Let's just say her fade skills are second to none. Absolutely amazing. Best fade I've had in 15 years. I will be coming back to her for as long as possible. Please inform her of this review and how well she is doing. She deserves it! And last gibs bio fuel products that she recommended are fantastic as well
