So I call the shop..usually listen to the explanation that they don't make reservations over the phone.
Then I explain what I have done and they sign me in.
This is repeated every time O attempt to sign in.
Not a happy occurrence.

Stylist takes a real interest in doing a good job and listening throughout the appointment. I also choose SportsClops because I like the shampoo. I hate leaving a cut at other places with cut hair everywhere.
