Service was amazing. Never made an appointment and it stated I had a 51 minute wait at check in. I think I only waited 15 minutes.
The stylist was very nice and friendly, I had a free MVP but I passed, she made sure I wanted to pass, offered me all the included services, yet I still passed. She was not pushy at all.
