Rebecca was fast, professional did exactly what I asked with an eye to detail. I visit frequently and usually just go with 1st available, everyone down at my local Sports Clips does a great job. The service I received from Rebecca however was too teir and I will be selecting her as my preferred styles going forward.

I come to Sport Clips for one reason and one reason only--my fine stylist, Melanie. She is competent and lots of fun. I have said that before. I now have a complaint. Your website is not functioning properly. On Sunday, Melanie was not listed at all but was working. On Monday I called in order to find out when she would be working again and was told Tuesday from 1-8. What the person answering the phone did not tell me is that Melanie was at work that very morning. How that could happen is beyond me. The website used to say when stylists would be working--for example, it might say that Melanie would be available at 1 pm, as she was on Tuesday when I was finally able to get my hair cut. Again, the website was fouled up and she never did appear before she got there though her name was on the site after she arrived this time. You really need to fix these glitches. I am not reduced to calling on the phone every time I want my hair cut and I am losing patience with the problems.

Rex Manos was very cheerful and listened to my requests. Listened when I said not to cut top hair too short or it will stick straight up. She listened when I said just shape the beard. She listened when I said don’t taper the mustache or the hair will up my nose. Rex Manos gave me a great haircut and I very much appreciated her listening skills. Thank you Rex.
My hair got butchered at a location in airway with a job interview in the am couldn't just leave it be came in was greeted by Abby and she was the one who cut my hair what a great fix and the hot towel just about put me to sleep thank you Abby for fixing my hair and wishing me luck on my interview
At least the on line sign up worked well this time. Usually a pain. Service was good and on time. Mel is a very good hair person. She is fun to commiserate with.
