The atmosphere and the stylists are all great. One thing id like to see is when I'm paying the touch screen shows what products were used if any. I usually get mvp or triple play. It would be nice to see the name of the shampoo, conditioner or scalp treatment products were used. Before I get up from the chair what styling products were used. Maybe more inclined to purchase the . The products are also pretty high priced especially since there is a place in the same parking lot I can get them for cheaper. Does play a part in how much tip I leave.

I imagine most haircut places are about the same--the prices are competitive, there are probably no really bad stylists around any more, and so forth. And so, why have I been a faithful Sport Clips customer for a number of years? You can boil it down to one person, Melanie. I came to your business in Hayden for years because I liked Felicia so much; when she left for a new life in Missouri, I was not sure I would continue to come to Sport Clips but Felicia took care of me before she left and bequeathed me to Melanie whom I treasure. Melanie and I have no relationship out of the shop, which is just fine, but I still consider her a friend as well as a very competent and trusted hair stylist. Yes, Melanie is the reason I keep coming back. She is a true professional and I value her in my life quite a lot. She does a great job of cutting my hair, is fun to be around, and I look forward to seeing her when I start looking shaggy!
