The service is great once they call you back. It was my first time there and after waiting 5 minutes and thinking about leaving one of the cutters explained your supposed to self check in on the keyboard. I got the MVP service free due to a coupon on my baseball ticket, I really enjoyed the vibrating chair and scalp
massage. Not sure I'd pay $30 everytime, but would do a basic haircut.
I have brought my special needs son here since his first professional hair cut 6 years ago. The staff is always very helpful with their note taking, from previous visits. They also are very patient and considerate of my son and his needs. It's always a quick and easy experience that we both can enjoy.
