DCI, specifically your representative Jason Bullens, have been instrumental and almost critical in keeping our site running in optimal operating condition. Response times are unparalleled, repairs are timely and all correspondence has been transparent and smooth.
Friendly contact, good communication, receptive to requests, safety conscious. Early in the development of this project.
This project I was super impressed with how they got people together at the job site. Everything went great. But the project in Gerogia they weren't able to complete the project and it affected the customer and decided not to continue with DCI because they couldn't complete the project.

So far I've had a good expereince. There was a transtition persiod on both sides and that could have been smoother, but I'm not sure how because I was transistiong too.

The only suggestion for improvement would be better adhearance to the progress update requirements…appendix H's manual.Due every week until project completeion.

I rated based on DCI overall at this time. Diamond Bar has been going well since Keith has taken over, not as good previously.
I have worked with Stacey and she has been great. She has followed up with quotes and has gone above an dbeyond to walk the site. She delvers top nothch service.
Its been very good. Wesley has been our go-to tech and he's been incredible. He's easy to work with, influential with peers and knowledgeable. Cratin is great dispatching him specifically.

They are wonderful. Had a previous company for conveyor work and did not like them and have bee using DCI for 3 years now. We recommend Dci to all our Amazon partners.
