We are homeschoolers and have used Mathnasium as our child's primary math class for several months and we continue to be thrilled with our son's progress! Not only has he leaped ahead in math, he has gained tremendous confidence. He hated math when he started and now he LOVES math. Remi and Jake are wonderful instructors and have also been a great influence on our son. I know this is a business, but to us, it feels more like family.

Curriculum - student enjoys pace and feels comfortable with progression of material. Likes reinforcement of concepts.

Atmosphere - comfortable and easy going. Set up of tutors is conducive to interaction with student.

Other - great instructors (nice, knowledgeable), likes ability to bring snack/drink and to have some there.

I would definitely refer someone to Mathnasium because it’s a wonderful place to gain the skills and confidence a child needs to succeed and even excel in math! We have been more than satisfied with our child’s progress. I just can’t say enough about how happy we are to have found Mathnasium. The staff is so helpful and kind too. I never thought I would be the one to say my child loves going and hates when he has to miss a session but now I’m definitely the one saying it.

We love our Alamo Heights Mathnasium! Denise & Clyde are just great and have hired the best of the best to help kids struggling or needing reinforcement in math. The program is fun and they even customized sessions for your kids to provide extra instruction. They have been a life saver and our daughter looks forward to going.

At Mathnasium Alamo Heights you feel like you’re one of the family! All the instructors have built a solid and friendly relationship with my son and I from the get go and it’s a pleasure to walk through those doors. Denise and her husband Clyde own and operate the center with a no nonsense approach to mathematics. They have surrounded themselves with a staff able to reach the kids at the level they are and propel them forwards. My son wants to go every day as a treat. Who knew math could be this fun? Well worth every penny.

This has been the best decision we have made concerning our child’s education. Mathnasium works perfectly with our homeschool curriculum. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. My child looks forward to going everyday! We originally going to send him twice a week but he really wants to go 4 days! This has been and continues to be money very well spent.
