Leslie is a BEAST!! That was the most fun sculpt class I've taken, I felt like the moves and sequences were different than what ive experienced in the past so that was fun and it was also just really hard and brutal but in a good way! great music also

Every instructor I have practiced with has been amazing. They are patient, explanatory and helpful. The music selection and volume is always right where it should be for an active but able-to-focus environment. The class structures (warm-ups, pose flows, core segment, etc) are effective and challenging in the best ways. I love this location and the people who run it.

Very good experience all around
I took a class with Cabrini on a Sunday morning and had the best class I have had with a corepower. The room itself was very hot and the class was intense it was a great way to start my morning.
I attended the free community class with the instructor Cabrini! The experience was positive from the moment I walked in, and the class was challenging while offering modifications that made some poses more accessible. The studio was bright and clean which made for a great experience!

It was my first class at this CorePower location. It was great! It was my first time in a more intimate class and I absolutely loved it. The instructor was great and I can't wait to go back and take another one. Arrive early (i did not) to find parking and allow yourself to prepare for class in there beautiful space.
