In a world and a time filled with inconsistencies, ever diminishing quality, cancellations, and dropping customer expectations, Amanda @ Sports Clips always cuts my hair expertly, treats me like I am her most important client, and does so consistently and wthout fanfare. The Sports Clip app does exactly what it was designed to accomplish. When so many things don't work, Sports Clip works!

I like the ability to check in online. It saves me a lot of time. I also like the amount of locations available. The atmosphere is always great. I always get the MVP, which gives me a better cut and keeps the small hair off of me. I’m always happy with the stylist that I get if I don’t visit my regular location.

Service is great, however your systems are in need of help. I received an email indicating a $5 discount on my next visit to Sport Clips. The email did not contain a coupon so I assumed that the $5 would be credited to my account. I went and scheduled an appointment online and went for the service. The hair tech charged me full price for the cut. I’m confused as to why the email with $5 discount was not recognized by the hair tech. Seems like there is a disconnect somewhere in your system.
