When I walked in i was greeted right away with a smile. There were people in front on me but, was told I'd be up to bat soon. The stylist Jaclene greeted me and said im up. As soon as I sat down in the chair, she made me feel welcome. The engagement she had with me didn't feel forced or fake while in the chair. The level of professionalism and courtesy from the stylist and the rest of the staff is well above par. As I finished up with my hair cut Jaclene upsold me on a tea tree hair and body hydration. Did I need it completely not, but Jaclene told me the benefits it could have, so I figured why not try. So I walked in looking for just a hair cut and walked out with a great cut, a beard trim and a hydration. Sport clips is the only place I'll get my hair cut.

The deptford store is by far the best store I have been to … the girls were so nice and the vibe was awesome. The playlist was amazing and summer did an amazing job on my cut. It might be my new regular store

While I don’t use many of your products, the service is typically easy to get an appointment. Even as a walk-in, wait times aren’t too bad. While I have my preferred stylist (Kayla), I recently had my haircut by Paige who has some mad skills, actively listened, and did and excellent job overall.
My stylist really paid attention to the details , best haircut I’ve ever received !
