App is fantastic to save time and avoid waiting in store, simply get text alert on when to arrive and works great. Hair stylist was very good, friendly prompt service. Only reason for 9 (instead fo 10) is price is rather high.

Megan and her Co workers from the turnersville store keep me coming back. I'm usually busy so I try to sneak a cut in when I can . If Megan is not available due to my spur of the moment planning I'm comfortable with any of them getting me right.
