I like how easy it is to check-in online before you arrive and get a decent spot in line. My last visit was great in that I got in fairly quickly and was taken well care of.

My son and I always enjoy the experience at Sports Clips. The staff are friendly and make us feel welcome. When my son was younger he hated getting his hair cut. He looks forward to it now. Not to mention the haircuts are always top notch.

Honestly it's more about the person, than the store or location. I would tell everyone about Andrea herself! I cannot say anythings but great things about her & apparently it's not just me she had quiet a few customers waiting for her. Me personally i absolutely love her demeanor & her personality. She's such a great woman, I love how much time she takes and cares for my son while cutting his hair. She's so patient with him and so comforting! What ever products she uses A+ I love when my little man comes out of there after she does his cut!
