My barber Cass (she is licensed and credentialed- big plus) is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. She built great rapport easily with me and I have requested her three times now. I also enjoy the relaxing shampoo, hot towel, and massager, which helps to melt stressors away. Everything combined really makes it an experience and priced fairly for the quality of staff, service, product, and atmosphere. Please don’t change a thing!
Jaclyn has always taken amazing care of my haircuts. Even when I bring her a project of changing styles or I go long overdue, she gets me back in shape quick.
