I like that yoga life offers a variety of classes with a variety of class times. It allows for flexibility in terms of scheduling classes and for maintaining a consistent practice. I enjoy that there is an option of heated classes and non-heated classes. I like that the facility is bright and open and welcoming.

I feel welcomed when I arrive. I tried Yin yoga at noon for the first time. I enjoyed that class a lot. The studio generally seems very clean. I am sensitive to scents so was happy for the seemingly scent free foyer and class. Everyone seemed helpful and positive. Thanks!
I really enjoyed my first warm yin class. I thought the atmosphere was relaxing and the woman at the front desk showed me around so that I was comfortable. Thank you. I am interested in meditation and nidra classes and that's not offered as much as the yoga. Lots of time slots of yoga which is great.
Very calm environment
I really enjoy the positive attitude of the staff and instructors. Having tape on the studio floor really helps with spacing.

I liked that your hot flow class was not overwhelmingly way to hot. It was the perfect amount of hot. I think both locations need 4:30pm classes M-F.
Nice, welcoming, relaxing but challenging instructors, clean environment, offers good and various class times, offers workshops that at reasonably priced! Offers great student discounts! 10/10!
