The front desk girls are always so friendly. It's a welcoming environment that I think of as a safe space I can go to no matter how my day was. The teachers are amazing. I cannot say enough good things!

Clean and well kept studio. Friendly, helpful staff. And Melissa's classes (instructor that teaches arm balances and inversions are great. She's a wonderful instructor and her classes are challenging.

The quality of the teachers is number 1 and then beyond that I appreciate the fact that you maintain such an inviting atmosphere and retain the silent rooms policy.

Great atmosphere

First, the studio is amazing as soon as you walk in the door. Friendly staff, best change rooms in the city, the small amenities in the change rooms and the tea lounge where people can gather before and after class. The atmosphere is the best. The instructors are excellent, yet they are not cookie cutter, which I like. Everyone can find an instructor whose teaching style suits them.

I like the variety of noon hour classes and the instructors are great.
