I love the instructors, the flexibility of the schedules and the front staff. I enjoy the workshops but wish there were more on Sundays.

I am disappointed in the fact that you are discontinuing the bobby pin, elastic and make up towel serve though. These items do not seem to be such a high cost and not everyone uses them. Additionally, many gym memberships include all these plus items such as deodorant (spray), mouthwash and more.

The only thing I would mention is that the door going in and out of the rooms is pretty loud, wondering if you could put some sort of cushions or something else to make them really quiet, so it doesn't disturb people in the classes so much

Range of classes

I've never attended a yoga class before, this was the best thing I have ever done in my life. I didn't feel inadequate, she started with the easiest variation. Nearly brought me to tears at the end of the class. Loved it, highly recommend it and would attend regularily if I lived in the area. Will be looking for a studio closer to my home. Thank you for showing me the best side of yoga.

I like the facilities offered (change room, showers, hair ties, tea)

I enjoy the friendliness of instructors. The classes are always challenging and I love the variety of them. Love the different hours so I can really make it fit my schedule. Love the flexibility of the staff when things come up and I need to make a last minute cancellation.

I feel the front staff are harder to talk to. Friendly hellos and sign in aside, don’t feel connected to them...maybe I have to be more of a regular for that?

Would like to be able to walk over to the tea area without stepping on the dirty outdoor mats in my bare feet that come right up to the sign in desk.

I love the online app that lets you book classes, I just wish the cancellation policy could be reduced to 60 min. The facility and instructors are great! If possible maybe extend/increase Friday night hours/offerings?

Melissa is a wonderful instructor. Always accommodating, friendly and approachable. I like that there are classes available to fit my busy schedule.

Everything... except I wish you could pay one month at a time.. as it’s to expensive for me to get a membership.. so I pay drop in when I can.. but I do love it!!
