What do you like about our services?

The staff are very helpful, the instructors are clear and gentle in their support and corrections. I love the hot yoga studio and there are many classes to choose from. The facility is well cared for and the hot tea and lounge is an added bonus.

hair elastics, face wipes, q tips in the change rooms, hot tea for class. spacious ceilings in the studio, clean floors, nice blocks/equipments, good teachers, friendly staff (for the most part), diversity of classes

I really enjoy all of your classes. I wish the hot yoga was a bit hotter (I am used to Bikram hot) but I was so happy with the class and when I can afford it, I will buy another 10 class pass for sure.

The studio is great and the teachers are all pleasant.

What do you like about our services?

I like the location. I like the variety of teachers and classes. I never felt intimidated going is as a beginner. There’s something for everyone no matter where they are on their yoga journey.

What do you like about our services?

I am extremely impressed with the instructor I had that night. It was a great class, very intentional, she knew what she was doing and everything flowed and made perfect sense.I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I did my YTT four years ago and since then, I prefer to practice on my own but after living in Siberia for 3 weeks, I needed a warm environment. I felt great afterwards and the next day. I also really enjoy your space. I drove 20 minutes to check it out and I will continue to do so over the next month. Thank you very much for such a positive first experience!
