What do you like about our services?

Sarah is an amazing teacher (Teacher Training). She holds the space of the classroom so well that everyone can participate and we still understand the key points and structure along with all the creativity and variations. It is a blessing to be in her classroom.

I also appreciate the other instructors and classes at Yogalife - Melissa, Megan and Neil are three of the instructors with whom I have taken classes. They are very gentle and helpful with their instruction and move us through the sequences very smoothly so that we are focused in our bodies.

What do you like about our services?

Everyone is always super friendly, the multiple class options and times are easy to fit into any schedule, instructors are very knowledgeable and help to improve my practice, the year membership is affordable and I live the ability to pause it.
