I like the level of the practises by your instructors with the exception of Kristen Doirion, her hot flow practices are weak. They need to be more challanging.

I like the 6am Hot Flow. I don't have much free time in the evenings, as my wife and I have two small childen, so this really fits into my schedule. Also, Jen is a great instructor, giving us new poses and challenges every time. Please give her some recognition.

Studio is clean and the staff are friendly. All the instructors I've had are great.

Friendly staff, clean and useful facilities. The bathrooms have the most thoughtful amenities (ponytails, and bobbypins). Teachers are knowledgeable and willing to help address issues after class. This studio also has a wonderful selection of clothing and yoga accessories. I wish the North Studio would also carry some of the Spiritual Gangster items. Thank you for providing a wonderful yoga community on both poles of the city!

Everytime I come to the studio, I find the reception/classes exceptional.
I love that I can just rent a towel and/or mat because, being from out of town, sometimes it just happens to work that I have more time that I scheduled for and can just squeeze in a class between appointments. Its nice to know that I don't have to extra pack.

Everyone is extremely friendly, your classes are amazing and the atmosphere is perfect. The only complaint is the prices are quite high and that's what stops me from going a lot of the time.

I love how the classes are very relaxed. I participate in the beginner classes and the instructor always creates a very safe, comfortable and non judgemental environment. I also love how the studio is very clean. I definitely love coming here. Its a less intense workout but I still feel like I'm getting stronger!
