I like how clean every room is. I also enjoy how very thoughtful it is to provide elastics and bobby pins and even tampons in the girls change room. It is also very nice that there are towels of very size available and mats and towels.

The teachers, the different class options and availability of class times!! Oh and the ladies at the front make you feel like you are hanging out with your friends!

I like the instructors. I always come at lunchtime, so it's nice to have a different instructor each day. I like the cleanliness and the friendliness of staff. I like having mats and towels available so I don't have to bring my own.
