I'm a new client so I've only taken one class - hot yoga with Ben. Ben checked me in and was very welcoming and kind. I appreciated during the class that everyone moved at their own pace and the room felt like a safe place to practice.

Friendly staff who are available to chat before and after class. Clean yoga room and locker room. Community involvement both within the studio (Sangha Sunday's, workshops, etc.) and in the wider community (Simpson house, karma classes, etc.) I think it'd be fun to let members submit playlists for class. Instructors could listen and pick a few each month.
I love moksha studio overall, great experience, knowledgeable stuff and overall outstanding atmosphere.
If I had to bring a point of critic that would be the maintenance of the shower facilities. It takes usually months to repair a blokes shower head or change a light bolb.
Yoga is not a service, but the spirit, philosophy at Moksha. I love it.

Everything! I had not been to this yoga studio for over a year( injuries and surgeries ) and they still remembered me and made me
feel like no time had passed and I was still part of their family and very excited to see me back in the studio.
