The opportunity to take class with Holly is always the highlight of my week! She never fails to push me to do my very best and her caring spirit just radiates and touches everyone in the room. I really appreciate all of the precautions to protect everyone and I feel extremely safe taking classes during this time- in fact, B3 is essential for me to maintain a positive mindset (especially now). Love to all of my B3 family!
Tall Katie was amazing and made class a blast! The music and energy where keeping me pushing hard for the whole class!!

I feel so incredibly amazing after I take class. Y’all push me to my limit and then change direction so I can keep going. My body feels safe (especially postpartum) when I work out. Just a lovely experience overall. Katie Kong’s class was outstanding.
Great instructors, and challenging workouts at your own level. Around like minded people. I always feel great after my Barre3 class.

For barre3 Ballard, I love the staff and instructors and the variety of workout each class brings. It took some time for me to sign up for livestream classes and I'm not super organized at home, so I'm still working on laptop vs phone and which space in my home to use. But after signing for my first class, I realize that although my workout space is different, the actual class, even though virtual, felt like I was back at the studio.
I'm looking forward to getting back into a 4-5 day workout regime and I continually recommend barre3 Ballard to my family & friends (inside & outside of Washington state - now that virtual is available as some of my friends/family do not live near a studio).
I've taken barre3 classes at a variety of other locations, pre-pandemic, but barre3 Ballard staff/instructors and the whole barre3 community seems to have a special sauce that I am thrilled to continue to be a part of as a member.
The efficiency of the workouts, positive attitudes of the teachers and willingness to change in order to offer different ways to take classes during the pandemic.

Barre3 has always been the best workout - low impact but still booty-kicking! During these difficult times I love that barre3 bellingham has offered online classes, and now I was able to attend my first outdoor class during this pandemic. We all had enough space to work out safely & comfortably! I just signed up for my next outdoor class. Thank you!
I prefer doing the classes in studio but doing the livestream was also good. He instructors are awesome and it was easy to set up the livestream on my phone

I love the opportunity to participate in a full-body, mindful workout safely in my home. Barre3 is an amazing program for full strength and conditioning. I'm addicted!

Barre3 is the most amazing workout... it targets every part of your body and makes you feel so strong and fit for your daily life. I am a retired cheerleader with some back problems so I appreciate the post-barre soreness and muscle challenge without the back/joint pain! It's seriously just amazing for your body and health. The mindfulness, stretching, sense of community, and mental encouragement are also a wonderful thing to have incorporated into my week. The instructors in Doylestown are so fun and it goes so fast with their awesome playlists!
The addition of so many more virtual classes. Six days a week! Thank you from those of us that are not quite ready for in studio classes!
Everything. Feeling grounded afterwards. Variety of styles from different instructors. Positive changes in body (especially the booty!!). Challenge-pushing myself to new limits...
It helped that the weather was great. But enjoyed the outdoors aspect of it. Just generally enjoyed the class and teacher
I enjoy the way the classes work my muscles and my body. All of the instructors are really and truly amazing.

It was great! I felt super safe with the outdoor class and the instructor was so kind and welcoming.
