So far I have really enjoyed Ballard Barre 3! I have taken 2 classes and am sore in all the right areas. I plan on going back 2-3 times/week. Teachers are great- positive and motivating.

The people
For me, I totally enjoy this type of exercise. The instructors are all great. They are very knowledgeable and attentive to your issues. They communicate with everyone about their concerns before a class begins. The music is upbeat. The studio is kept immaculate. You feel wonderful when you are done taking a class, both physically and mentally.

Great culture of amazing women who all support each other. It’s what you expect but not always what you get at workout facilities. You truly feel like a ‘member’ of a team. So much more than a work out.
