I’m really loving that the classes and practice focus mainly on feeling healthy and well in mind and body rather than on reaching an ideal body. I don’t feel judged whenever I need to modify a move or pause for a few seconds during a class.

Barre3 is a great workout. I love that there is a modification for anything and that you can listen to your body and make changes as necessary. I like that I am able to work muscles I often ignored with my other, more high intensity workouts and build a stable core. The breath work at the end keeps me focused and centered and I always leave happy that I came and ready to face the day.

It is the best fitness class that I have taken for working all parts of the body. I think the instructors are wonderfully trained and consistent in their approach to teaching.
Great full body exercise! Always changing and challenging. I love that it is easy to adapt the exercises based on my body. It is a very accepting and positive atmosphere. I enjoy all the different ages of people in the classes. It is the best exercise program that I have found in over 20 years. I absolutely love it!
It does not matter how long I go between classes as every time I walk thru the studios doors, I am greeted with the friendliest of smiles. In addition, the workout always catches me by surprise!

I loved the instructor, Emily! I had only done a barre class before online and felt sooo anxious about joining a class especially since most of the people in the class had been coming for awhile. But, Emily was SO KIND and helpful and checked in on me and offered me modifications for my knee. I left feeling my muscles shaking but confident and empowered that my body just accomplished something great.

Class times, knowledge of instructors are great! Sometimes classes are overfilled and there isn’t enough space to move.

I was so comfortable and did not feel intimidated. I love how it incorporates yoga, aerobics, and ballet techniques. What a great workout! The culture was amazing.
