We were a walk-in. Sat for less then 5 minutes. Cut was exactly as my son wanted it. Employee gave my son some pointers on how to style his hair. My son was very happy with the cut.
Mindy always cuts my hair perfectly. She also engages me in conversation and makes me feel like she cares about me as a person, not just another customer. That’s not just being a good stylist, but also a good person.
It’s the best experience to just check in, quickly then sit down in a great vibrating chair, having a lavender towel face massage, great shampoo and conditioner massage wash and then pop into a friend’s chair to catch up while she cuts my hair. It’s a fun and friendly environment. I’m a women with long natural hair. I just get a few inches cut and layers put in because it’s low maintenance for me yet keeps my hair healthy. I’m not even into sports, yet I am happy customer. No drama, no commitments, no negative experiences, no products pushed for sale, no major expense price, that’s why I keep coming back. Very clean environment, staff was very nice to an older guy who has trouble hearing. I told Bitt that I was having pain on top oof my right eyebrow, she looked at it she said looks like you have an ingrown hair up there, she trimmed my eye brows, and proceeded to cut my hair. At the end while checking out , she asked how foes your eyebrow feel now , I touched it pain was gone.
