I like being able to get a haircut when it's convenient to me, yet I can set up my visit with the online app. It usually means I have very little or no wait at all when I show up.
My family and I have been going to Mindy for a while now. We absolutely love her. Anytime I mention haircuts, the first thing they ask is if Miss Mindy will be there. She is great with the kids even when the youngest isn't so cooperative.

Consistency of the quality of the haircut. Additionally, the fact that individuals notes are kept on each client make it possible to get the 'same' cut regardless of the person giving it.
