Our stylist named Roe (camillus, NY location) was absolutely wonderful. I brought my 3 year old son in to get a haircut which can be challenging at times..... I was not exactly 100 percent sure on how I wanted to get his hair cut... I had an idea but I didn't necessarily know how to explain it..... Roe completely understood what I was trying to explain to her with me saying very little. My son which in this case was the most important had a great time. She made him feel VERY special and absolutely loved going there... It has been 4 days since going there and he is still talking about his experience there..... Roe went above and beyond my expectations... She was very knowledgeable and personable.... There is usually always room for improvement in anything you do and anywhere you go but for the first time ever I can say that there is not anything she could have done better to make the experience any better than what it was. I know from this point on my family (4 kids and myself) will be going to Sports Clips (hopefully with Roe) for our future haircut needs and products....

Wait staff specializes in men's haircuts, I also like the shampoo and face towel. I could lose the sports channels, but it's kinda your thing.
