Well Katrina was great. I was in Syracuse for work and didn't have a chance to get a haircut before flying there. I use Sport Clips at home in Virginia so didn't know if my notes were localized to the Haymarket site or viewable by anyone. She asked what I wanted done and was spot on. Took her time and made sure everything was blended/faded in good. Didn't hurt that she was pleasant and friendly. She was awesome.
