Katrina does an awesome job cutting hair and is very relaxed. Often times I feel like I am bombarded with questions from prior experiences...that drives me crazy. Don't get me wrong, I like to engage in conversations, but sometimes I just like to sit back and relax.

It's unlike any other hair service form men! The hot towel, massage, and neck and shoulder treatment really sets it apart from all other haircut places for men. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make the visits enjoyable. The only thing I'd like to see added in the future is an option of and MVP Triple play combo. It's unfortunate to have to chose between one or the other. Otherwise, great job and keep up the good work.
Service is usually fast. Staff is friendly. They keep notes on how they cut your hair. Of you like it they can repeat it.

I’ve found a special stylist who really takes her time to give me a quality cut. And she’s friendly and always remembers me. She even gave my teenage son an awesome cut after he didn’t cut his hair for over a year! He was very happy about the style, and her friendliness and care.

Ease of signing in. Good haircut, fair price. I use the tea tree shaping cream, which has been one of the best hair products I’ve used. And the staff has always done a great job on my haircut
