It was my first experience there and I got the VIP it was different then everywhere I’ve ever been. It was clean and my stylist was great!!
The service is great, the cut was great, the stylist was exceptional and very friendly. The sports theme did not seem to impact my haircut at all, and the twenty dollar price plus tip was a little steep. I usually go and get my haircut for seven dollars at concepts in hair, and then tip thirteen dollars for a total of twenty, when I come here, I have to pay twenty and tip ten. It costs more and the person actually cutting my hair gets less.

As it always is, it was a great experience. It starts with easy sign in process, short wait time, and system that print it details of the cut before sitting down in the chair. The flat screens seem playing sporting events are great, but much preferred the conversation. I received a great haircut and conversation with Mindy at the Liverpool NY store. She was very detailed in cutting my hair and was very pleasant to talk with, making the entire experience one that I would recommend to anyone.
